Location: the hotel was near to a restaurant in the middle of Sabah, and a local shop called "Vanilla Shop ". We stayed in a guest room which was good and fabulous.

We had a very comfortable stay for family vacation.

amazing location in the kundasang area, absolutely kind staff, everything was great. we stayed in a guest room which was fabulous and fine. location: the hotel was near to the mountains, forests and valleys, and the center of ranau town. the place was located away from the main road. the food at the in-house restaurant was lovely, enjoyed this place.

Got a room with amazing views of the mountain. the location was awesome because it was super close to all the cool stuff like attractions, nature, and even the jungle🌿.

Enjoy...but still need to do the improvement such as make cleaning in the room. The towel prepared have some bad smell, the toilet is a little dirty...for muslim like me, I not too comfortable when got some doggy walk around the resort. Understand that it is for security, but still need to consider what your guest like me...but, I still like it...

This resort is located at the hill top, surrounded by beautiful scenery of valleys and mountains. It is a good place for photo/video taking. Temperature is around 22 degree. The food served in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were very helpful and cheerful.

The resort is located 3 KM from the main road. The road condition needs to be improved as it is quite bumpy. I suggest that the resort management/owners looks into tarring the road.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and beautiful nature surroundings.

The staff were cordial. Very serene. Ideal place for family to relax. Away from the noisy city. Clean room. Good food served at the restaurant. Nice view of the Gunung Kinabalu and valley.

Odour in the room was overwhelming also. However we managed to camouflage the smell with "Cuticura" powder. Perhaps they did not have time to air the room. Other than the smell, we found our stay pleasant. However, we found the taxi fare from the hotel to Ranau (which is about 8 km) rather exorbitant @ RM80.00 one way.

The room that we had smelt musty.

This hotel is a hidden gem located on top of a mountain, offering breathtaking views of Mt. Kinabalu. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with super hot air conditioning to keep you cool. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for nearby attractions. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

Location of the hotel is nice and views from the resort are excellent. The service is good, bathrooms equipped with hotwater. food is nice but limited options

transport from the resort to anywhere is available through the resort but very expensive. recommend own transport

I like for the mountain view. However during my stay it rains all day, the rain only stops for a while in the next morning, that's the only chance for me to snap pic with mount Kinabalu.

The 'Malaysian style' food. We had our dinner and breakfast there, although we are malaysian, we find that the 'malaysian style' food is not nice. We chose American style for breakfast, it's much better. The other thing is the steep road to reach the resort, it's dangerous to drive especially on rainy days.

The location of this place is great, with easy access to all attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here, as this hotel provided a good base for exploring the city of Ranau.

The view of Mt Kinabalu was fantastic as was the view of the clouds above the mountains below us.

We didn't get good directions to find it and ended up on the road from Kundasang which was terrible. I think there is a better road to the hotel from farther east down the highway.

The view from the room was spectacular, the bed very comfortable; friendly staff.

Gardens need maintenance. Would be a good idea to develop walk trails for guests and provide information about th surrounding localities and places to visit. Also for guests without their own transport, maybe arrange for courtesy transport from main road to resort.

The rooms here are quite spacious and nice, offering a view of the mountains, the staff is friendly and the location is peaceful with some evening entertainment options nearby.
